- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Charges

- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 additional charge
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order in real-time.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Delays & Issues
- While we strive for timely delivery, GUAVA BAY is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of significant delays, our team will assist you proactively.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or resolution.
8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
- GUAVA BAY is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
