1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 additional charge

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order in real-time.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact us at:

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delays & Issues

  • While we strive for timely delivery, GUAVA BAY is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of significant delays, our team will assist you proactively.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or resolution.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
  • GUAVA BAY is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
